Yellowing faded photos?

If you're "old enough" or if you know someone close to my age, then you probably have at least a few of those photos that have faded into a drab orange or vague yellow. I don't know what does that, but I've been told it was a type of film and/or developing that was done in the 70s and 80s. Anyway, I do have some and I was quite upset about it as I certainly value those photos and don't want to lose them. Other than put them in a safe place (acid free, etc.), what else could I do with them?

Well, I discovered it by accident and I have to share it with you so you can salvage your photos too. If you copy those pictures off on a copier in black and white, you won't believe what happens! They come to life again. The images become crisp, you can see details you didn't know were there, and I hope that this will stay sharp for ages. I'm no scrapbook or photo expert by any means, so please don't rely on me for absolute truth in this one, but I do know it worked for me. Give it a try - you have nothing to lose and a lot to gain.
