Well, I was right and it is a girl for Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes.
Katie Holmes gave birth to a baby girl on Tuesday, April 18, 2006. The couple have named their baby 'Suri' meaning 'princess' in Hebrew or 'a red rose' in Persian. The media world, of course, have a different name for the baby. They have dubbed her 'TomKitten' 
It's Katie's first child. Cruise adopted a daughter and a son during his marriage to Nicole Kidman.
